Which water filter(s) are for a Maytag MFD2560HES fridge?
I really need a definitive answer on this. We have used a few different brands of filters in the past, but in my old age I’m getting cheap. -45 (Home Dept or online) for a filter seems excessive, but I do want to get what I pay for. First, does the fridge take a 4396395 or a ukf8001axx filter. Then, any suggestions on where I can find one "cheap"? Thank you

According Maytag, your fridge uses the ukf8001axx filter. Actually ukf8001axx is a Maytag number and part number 4396395 is a KitchenAid Filter. Many times the same filter is used by different manufactures but with different part numbers and packaging. After looking around looks like $35-$45 is the price range for this filters.
