Water dispenser is leaking a 15 second slow, steady stream after use–how do I fix this?

This is a fairly recent problem, that has nothing to do with an internal filter change (which I did correctly 4 months ago).

After pushing the lever to get water, when we release the arm it still slowly drains water for another 10-15 seconds. AND when we do push for water, the water pressure is a lot lower than what it used to be and it takes longer to fill up the glass.

Please help!!!

Sounds like the water valve that operates when you push the lever is starting to go bad. Normally when water valves go bad they don’t want to seal right, causing water to come out for another 15 seconds until it seals. And the other thing it does is slows down, usually from debris in it. If you know anything about water valves you could rebuild it, but other than that you will probably to have to get it replaced.
